Where do you ship to & how long will my order take?
As for now, we are currently shipping to: (in no particular order)
APAC: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico
Rest of the world: Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy
*Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders will take:
Asia: 3-7 business days
America & Canada: 7-14 business days
Rest of the world: 10-15 business days
Please note you may be subject to import duties. customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. Dainty & Yours is not responsible for any of these charges. For further information on customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
How much will shipping cost?
All Hong Kong orders enjoy free express shipping.
Rest of Asia will have a flat rate of $150 HKD. Orders over $800 HKD will enjoy free express shipping.
Rest of the world will have a flat rate of $260 HKD. Orders over $3,000 HKD will enjoy free express shipping.
Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (unless waitlist items). Please note that all shipping costs are charged in Hong Kong dollars when checking out.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Order Cancellation" within 48 hours of your purchase. No cancellation is allowed after an order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchange:
We care for you & your satisfaction is our main priority. In any case, if you are unhappy with our products, you need to email us with a request for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the product. However, due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on earrings. Please order with care as all sales of earrings are final.
Before returning your items, kindly email us at email@example.com with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please note, all prices are final. If your item is custom made or a promotion sales order, these products are non-refundable. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. If your request is approved please note that shipping on the product return is paid entirely by the customer.
How do I ship my order back to you?
We will send you a return form to complete & address to return the item(s) to. Please follow the steps and place the form in an envelope with your order number on the outside. All products must be new, unused, unaltered, undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
Please note we will not take responsibility for any duties, taxes, postage and any items lost during the return shipping. We are unable to offer reimbursement for any postage or packaging costs.
